“I recently got fit for this club to replace a Ping G410 3W. I was deciding between the Rogue ST Max, TSi2, and Stealth. Numbers for all 3 were pretty close, but the consistency and dispersion of the Rogue couldn't be ignored.
Looks wise, the shallow face, slightly larger head and matte black crown reminded me of my G410 which really suit my eye.
Ball speed numbers were incredibly consistent-- even on mishits (low in the face). Spin was pretty well controlled and there was hardly any loss in distance on those mishits.
I highly suggest getting fit to get the best shaft for your swing. I was fit for the Tensei White-- which I would have never have guessed had I not demoed the shaft and seen the launch monitor numbers.
If there was a criticism I could give it would be the lack of adjustability and price. Even though it performed very well for me, I could easily see myself going with another brand option if I was a bit more budget conscious and felt like I wasn't really giving up too much in terms of performance.

“I was struggling to fill the middle distances in my bag. I hit woods well. Through some filtering of my fairway wood search on Globalgolf it was brought to my attention that Callaway makes an 11 wood. I had to try it. I got this st max 11 wood to replace a g425 five hybrid. What a world of difference. This st max 11 wood is incredible with the regular flex mitsubishi 65 shaft. High straight shots that hold the green. Feels great off the face. Easy to swing. Feels so balanced. Tight dispersion. Mishits and bad results are almost non existent. Great shots are often. Played nine holes yesterday. Used the ll wood off the tee on the 170 yard par 3 at my local course. High straight shot. On in one with a ten foot putt left. Tap in for par. thanks Callaway. Can’t recommend this club enough. I liked it so much i ended up trying the st max 6 hybrid and st max os 7 hybrid. I like those just as much as the fairway wood. Callaway have hit a homerun with the st max lineup. I Can’t wait to play golf again with these new additions in my bag. Thanks callaway. I Plan to try st max 7 wood and st max os 8 hybrid. ”
