A Nice Club With Great Service From 3 Balls

Review by Martin L., 1 year ago.

“This club is advertised/marketed as being for "better golfers" but I dont know what that means. I personally swing my 6 iron about 83 mph, carry my driver about 235-ish, and score in the mid-80s, so nothing to write home about. I bought this club to replace my 917 model, and Im happy with the newer version. I have this one with a Tensai 65 g stiff shaft, where my older model had a Diamena regular flex at 70 g. The nice thing is you can switch the shafts out, as they are both compatible with the sure-fit system. I get about 210 or 220 carry with my 15 degree, and the sound/feel is noticeably muted compared to the 917. I use it off the deck and as a backup to my driver. Im not a Titleist fanboy, as this is the only Titleist club in my bag. If you like older Titleist woods from 5 or more years ago, I would recommend this club as an upgrade.”

Good club but wasn't for me

Review by Chue L., 11 months ago.

“Very good club but it wasn't for my swing. It created too much spin for my swing.”

“Titleist nailed it with this 3W. This thing kills hit. Not very forgiving. For good to great ball strikers.”
