Very Good Condition

Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear.

The SIM drivers by TaylorMade contain a revolutionary new shape with an Aerodynamic Asymmetric sole and Inertia Generator. This will provide faster clubhead speed for more ball speeds and distance while the rear weight creates high MOI for improved forgiveness. Also features a Twist Face™ design that uses corrective face angles crafted to overcome inherent golfer tendencies on mis-hits and to produce straighter shots.

  • Revolutionary New Shape with Aerodynamic Asymmetric Sole and Inertia Generator - Provides faster clubhead speeds for more ball speed and distance. Rear weight will creates high MOI for improved forgiveness.
  • Speed Injected™ technology for intelligently optimized C.O.R. where golfers typically hit it - Improves ball speed across the face by calibrating each head to the threshold of the legal speed limit.
  • Twist Face™ - Utilizes corrective face angles to overcome inherent golfer tendencies on mis-hits and produces straighter shots.
  • Sliding Weight Technology and Loft Sleeve™ - Contains adjustability and personalization to optimize the club for each golfer’s trajectory, face angle and flight bias preferences, up to +/-2° loft change and up to +/-20 yards of draw-fade bias.
  • Multi-Material Construction with Carbon, Titanium and Steel - Weight is positioned precisely in the head for ultra-low CG and high MOI.

TaylorMade SIM Driver

Review by Lee C., 2 years ago.

“Item arrived within the estimated date. Correct driver, loft, shaft, and regrip. Very happy with this driver - Previously, I had played with the M6, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the 10.5° loft (adjusted down) was still too much loft for my swing speed. Everything launching at too high a trajectory, resulting in decreased roll out - I was losing yards. After getting **** at the local swing docs, it was suggested that I get into a stock 8° driver and low-kick shaft. 8° looks crazy at address and I was certainly hesitant, but I trusted the data and went with the suggested loft. It was a tough adjustment in the beginning, but after figuring out how to hit it, it all made sense. The issues have been corrected! The sim is a wonderful driver - sleek design and feels great to swing. Also, love the sound at impact... It's more of a 'crunch' than a 'ting', kind of like the sound a pop can makes when you step on it - very satisfying. ”

I bought a Sim driver from you a couple months ago with the Mitsubishi diamana shaft it is marked that it is a mid trajectory shaft . I have it set at the highest degree of loft and I struggle to get a higher ball flight are all the Sims with this shaft mid trajectory.

I would suggest checking the flex of the shaft. Often if the ball is not flying high enough, it is more likely to be the shaft is too stiff as opposed to the launch profile of the shaft.
