“I was very disappointed that my grip was not installed on my club. The grip was shipped to my house within 2 days of my order while the club took another 4 days. I called and all the rep. Said was it was my fault, when I most definitely checked the box to install the grip for me, hence the purchase of the grip, with the club. He told me too bad, you can get it installed locally or send it back, which by the way, is more expensive then the grip itself. Awesome service...”
