F9 Speedback Driver

Review by Ed, 3 years ago.

“Ive been a Taylormade man since "the one" came out. I've defected a couple of times when I was let down by their progress, tried Callaway, Titleiest, Exotics and so on. I have gammed an Tour Issue M1 for 3 years now, and the CT was very high (trampoline effect of face) and I went to waste some time at a golf shop, and tried the F9. I am stunned. Ballspeed across the face was amazing. with my M1, ballspeed off club face was 170. The F9.......175. Off center hits were around 169. So, off center hits with the cobra is generating just as much ball speed at a center strike with the M1?? Its was true. I hit about 50 balls with each the F9 and my own club. The averages were night an day. Tried the M5/M6 and the Callaway Epic as well. Epic was close, but not as accurate. M5/M6 were not even close. The f9 was the clear cut best driver (for me) and the results were simply amazing. 5 MPH more ball speed, created 17 more yards of carry, and ultimately 28 more yards of total distance over my current gamer (M1) Cobra isnt a high demand (name recognition ) driver. Everyone wants Taylormade, Titleist, Callaway. Nobody really thinks Cobra. Start thinking Cobra!”

Oh Yeah!!

Review by Ray T., 3 years ago.

“To borrow Tom Watson's phrase, the F9 is everything I hoped it would be. Light and effortless to swing with mad distance. As a mid-handicapper I need all the help I can get and the F9 provides it. Great job Cobra!!”

Value condition.

Review by Ryan R, 3 years ago.

“If you have any worries about value condition...don't. If you don't care about a couple dings out of the paint or scratches that do not affect playability then it's one heck of a deal. Driver showed up on time and was very happy with it. Only thing you may want to do is change the value condition grip... Which most of us have our preferred grip anyways so no biggie. ”

“the driver is very easy to play. plenty long but more forgiving than tm m1 and cally rogue sz. my misses are in play more often and it is just an easier club to hit”
