“Club was as described in good condition, and delivered as promised .We were very satisfied until out of the blue we have received a demand from the carrier - Fed Ex for:- import duty import tax advancement fee - whatever that may be There was no mention of these charges on 3balls website when we ordered the club and it has become a very expensive purchase. 3 balls looked to be a very promising golf outlet but if these charges arise on every purchase-no thank you.”
