Description

The Callaway XR 16 driver was redesigned to feature a more forgiving shape and advanced aerodynamics from working with experts at Boeing. The re-engineered head shape and Speed Step Crown design saves weight and increases both head speed with less drag and ball speed for added distance. With a larger shape for MOI and a Center of Gravity that is lower and deeper, the XR 16 also offers extreme forgiveness with more ball speeds at every impact location. The XR 16 also features the next generation R*MOTO Face Technology that is 9 grams lighter and thinner than the previous design and has an even stronger 8-1-1 titanium face. This new technology leads to a faster face, more forgiveness and faster ball speeds whether you hit it in the center of the face, off the heel or off the toe.

Callaway XR 16 Mint Condition Driver

“I bought my Callaway XR 16 driver from Global Golf a couple of weeks ago and have already used it on 4 rounds of golf. The driver was new with the plastic still on the driver head. I already have the X Hot2 and XR drivers. I replaced the shaft with the modified shaft that I had used in the X Hot 2 and XR. Boy have I found my driver. I belong to a golf club and play 2 or 3 times a week and have for have for years. Already I have hit the longest drives that I have ever hit on several holes. I am 70 and I can just about drive several of the par four holes. Very forgiving as no other club that I have ever used and distance 20 to 40 yards longer than the XR. I broke 70 for the first time in my life last week. If you like the XR you should love the XR 16. The feel is so much better for me than the XR.”

Used calloway driver

“I purchased a Calloway XR16 driver in mint condition and it was. I was playing a Cobra Amp . I can't tell you how excited I am. The first round I played I was hitting it 30 to 50 yards farther. That's carrying the ball that distance. That doesn't include the roll. I will never buy another new club. Thanks Global Golf!”

“I purchased a used XR16 Drive from Global Golf because I wasn't happy with my Callaway Epic driver. I found the XR16 to be a better club for me. Just because it's last year's model doesn't mean it inferior at all.”

whats the difference in loft?isnt it adjustable ?

Yes, the lofts are adjustable with Callaway clubs, but you still need to pick a loft that you are comfortable with in a standard setting. The Opti-Fit hosel system on Callaway clubs allows for -1, +1, or +2 from standard printed loft.

Unfortunately, we do not offer club length alterations. You would have to have that done locally after receiving the club.
