Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. If you can get past the cosmetics, there is plenty of life still in this one!...plus, get it for a steal!

Description

The Titleist ZB Blend Forged irons feature a blended cavity-to-muscle back head with a traditional look and feel designed for better players. It has cavity back long irons for forgiveness and playability, partial cavity mid irons, and muscle-back short irons for shot-shaping control. Its Z-Back design distributes weignt from the heel into the toe to locate the center of gravity into the center of the face for a solid feel.

Features

  • Dual hosel lengths have a shorter hosel in the long irons to bias weight low for improved launch and a longer hosel in the mid and short irons to manage flight.
  • Minimal progressive offset for Tour validated ball flight, trajectory control and workability.
  • High performance, narrow sole reduces skipping in firm conditions while appropriate bounce reduces digging.
  • Forged from 1020 mild carbon steel.

I'm interested in the used set of AP1 714s and the DCI 990s - both used lefty sets. I'm looking for something with a heavier feel and more forgiving club head. Which of the two would be better options?

The AP1 714 will have a heavier feel and be more forgiving compared to the DCI 990. The AP1 will have a larger more forgiving head and provide a higher launch as well.
