3balls.com guarantees on-time delivery of all shipments utilizing the Standard Guarantee shipping method. In the event the delivery or attempted delivery fails to meet the “Get It By” date provided at checkout, 3balls.com will refund the shipping charges to the customer, upon request. The guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond 3balls.com control including, but not limited to, extreme weather events, Acts of God or unforeseen transportation disruptions in the customer’s local delivery area. The guarantee only applies to in stock items and does not apply to custom orders, items shipped directly from the Manufacturer or shipments that are scheduled to be delivered between December 10 and December 25.
3balls.com must be notified in writing or by telephone of a service failure within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of scheduled delivery to claim the money back guarantee.
