International Shipments

Shipping rates for deliveries to customers in international locations are based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping destination. To provide each customer with the most competitive shipping rates, we have grouped all products into product categories and all international countries into zones. Shipping rates will be based on the highest product category of any item purchased (for multi-item orders) and the zone of the shipping destination. To ensure faster processing we recommend choosing one of the options that is DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) at checkout. This simplifies the duty payment process by collecting in the shopping cart and expedites your package through the destination country’s customs clearance protocols.

  • Category 1 – All apparel, golf gloves, and towels.
  • Category 2 – All golf balls, shoes and accessories.
  • Category 3 – All single golf clubs.
  • Category 4 – All iron sets and carry, cart and stand golf bags.
  • Category 5 – All staff golf bags and club sets.
  • Category 6 – All pull carts, travel covers, coolers and luggage.

We offer the following four shipping options for service to international destinations:

  • International Economy (Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)) – This service is typically less expensive than other internationals shipping offerings and will generally take longer to be delivered. You should expect your package to be delivered by the postal service carrier in your country, but other delivery partners may also be utilized. Package tracking services are generally available until the point the package is delivered to the local postal service or other delivery carrier.

    Please note that customers utilizing this service are responsible for the payment of all duties, taxes and other import fees imposed on shipments at the time of delivery. These charges vary from country to country and will be paid by our carrier in advance. Customers will be required to reimburse our carrier for these charges at the time of delivery. Refunds will not be provided to customers that refuse to pay duties to the freight carrier at delivery.
  • International Standard (DDP) – This service offers full package tracking to the final destination. Your package will be delivered by the local postal service or a delivery partner in your country. All duties, taxes and other import fees imposed on shipments utilizing this service are included in the shopping cart to allow you to understand the full cost of the transaction at the time you finalize your order. No additional payments to the parcel delivery carrier will be required upon delivery.
  • International Priority (DDP) – This service offers a balance of a reasonably quick delivery for a modest premium for our international customers and offers full package tracking to the final destination. All duties, taxes and other import fees imposed on shipments utilizing this service are included in the shopping cart to provide you with visibility of the full cost of the transaction at the time you finalize your order. No additional payments to the parcel delivery carrier will be required, upon delivery.
  • International Express (DDP) – This service provides the quickest delivery option that we offer to our international customers and offers full package tracking to the final destination. All duties, taxes and other import fees imposed on shipments utilizing this service are included in the shopping cart to allow you to understand the full cost of the transaction at the time you finalize your order. No additional payments to the parcel delivery carrier will be required, upon delivery.
