The Titleist Vokey SM5 Tour Chrome Wedge features the following:
  • Greater spin with better trajectory and distance control from deep TX3 grooves. TX3 grooves channel away grass and debris for improved contact between the ball and groove edge.
  • Increased groove durability from a high frequency face heat treatment for longer spin retention over the life of the wedge.
  • Tour proven sole grinds allow you to execute more shots. SM5 provides a wide selection of bounce and grind options to fit your swing style, shot technique or course conditions.
  • Compact profile with a shorter blade length and rounder toe profile created from Tour player feedback.

    Like New Condition
Shows virtually no traces of wear and is nearly impossible to distinguish from new. May show signs of very minor "shop wear," but in most cases, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference from new…we just have the luxury of a super-duper magnifying glass!
    Very Good Condition
Shows general wear associated with normal use over the course of a season or more but has been well cared for. Does not retain any of the "new look" but is in better than average condition. There is absolutely no sign of abuse. Cosmetic imperfections are typically visible. Examples include: scuffing, scratching, tiny paint blemishes, shallow dings/nicking, and normal shaft wear. Unless otherwise noted, there are absolutely NO pop-up marks in the crown of any woods.
    Good Condition
Shows frequent to heavy use but does not show any signs of abuse. Cosmetic blemishes are clearly visible and may include: pop-up marks, heavy scuffing and scratching, paint chipping, heavy finish wear, shaft burn and pitting, natural dings/nicking/gouges, etc. Ideal for those who are less concerned with cosmetics and are looking for great value plus performance!

Titleist Vokey SM5 Tour Chrome Wedge is rated 4.8182 out of 5 by 11.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic wedge, love my Vokey, great price! Arrived quickly and in great condition. Replaced another raw grinded ported 50 degree Vokey that I simply couldn't hit the way I wanted to. If I pick up another Vokey wedge from 3balls and it's in this same condition, I doubt I'll buy brand new again. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great clubs Last week got my 54 and 58* Titleist Vokey Wedges. Had them out a couple of times. Just love them. Very solid with great feel. The condition was just awesome. Almost new !!! I have to mention the great customer service I received from Sharon. She has helped me in the past and seems to really care about her customers.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nowhere near as nice as the pictures Looks brand new in the representative picture. Came visibly used. In really good shape, and still worth the price i guess. just not what i had expected based on the beautiful condition representative photo. If the main representative photo showed any use at all, i would have felt better about my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks like new! I was looking for a Vokey SM5 Sandwedge and didn't want to pay store prices. I found this one on line in very good condition and when it came I thought it was new! The price was $50 cheaper than the store.

The bounce option for this club says 10 - M grind. Is this accurate? I'm pretty sure the M grind is 8 degrees of bounce and K grind is 11 degrees of bounce. Please advise what the actual bounce and grind are. Thanks

    Asked by: Sconnie8
The above question is for the 60 degree lofted wedge

Hi, can you tell me what the two wedges are? It looks like a lob and sand wedge but I don't think it states what they are Thanks, marc

    Asked by: Marc
Currently for the left-handed Titleist Vokey SM5 Tour Chrome wedges there are 3 lofts available. 58* which would be considered a loft wedge and 54* and 56* which would both be considered sand wedges. This information is provided under the "loft" drop down.

Whats the difference in the bounce 10*M Grind vs 14* F Grind, 10* S Grind?

    Asked by: Denis
The Titleist SM5 Vokey wedges do have a number of selections! The degree in front of the grind type is referring to the wedges bounce. The bounce angle is the measured angle between the leading edge of the face and the lowest point on the sole. The correct bounce angle keeps your club from digging allowing the club to glide through the sand or turf. 10* M Grind: a mid bounce club with a narrow forward bounce surface and best for a neutral or slider swing type. 14* F Grind: a mid-high bounce club. Good for all swing types slider, neutral, digger. 10* S Grind: a mid bounce club with a full sole and moderate heel relief. Better for neutral or slider swingers.

Hi, I'm interested in a Wedge. I'm beginning to break 100 on the golf course. I do not understand the (Bounce, Loft, and Shaft Flex) for my level of playing. Can you help me in these choices?

    Asked by: Moe G
All good questions, here is a brief explanation of each feature for this Titleist SM5 Vokey wedges. All of these features would also depend somewhat on swing speed and your distances, so these answers are general. Bounce: is the angle of lower the trailing edge of the sole in relation to the leading edge. Higher bounce clubs perform better fluffy sand or high grass, where lower bounce performs better in tighter lies. Loft: generally 51* to 53* would be considered an approach or or gap wedge. 52*-58* is a sand wedge and 58*-60* is a lob wedge Shaft Flex: for faster swing speed you want a stiffer shaft flex. If you have an average to slightly slower swing speed you would want a regular shaft flex.
