Mizuno MP-4 Irons is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth I'm in the market for new irons. I've tried everything I could find suitable for my skill level. Not a fan of plastic medallions and the like, colors, obnoxious logo's, etc....I like a clean look and these irons fit that description. Straight forward and classy, smooth looking and smooth feeling. Best feeling club I've ever experienced. I guess "Buttery Soft" is the right description of the feel of these things. Off center hits are no more harsh than the MP-64 in my opinion. If you're a good ball striker these irons are for you. If you're not a great ball striker, log in some range time with these and they will teach you you some valuable lessons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Forged Irons In The World - Period I used to play Mizuno blades in my late 20' and 30's when I played off 1. I used to get Frank Nobilo's irons when he finished with them as he is a friend. I fondly remember the TP11's. I just turned 53 and after going away from them due to lack of golf and about 45 pounds I decided to try the MP4. My golf buddies laughed "Your too old to hit these stay with your game improvement irons". After a few hours on the range with the new set 1st round 73 hitting 14 greens. Why did I ever go away from them???

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wasn't a real Mizuno fan until now I wanted to splurge on a new set of irons but I've always had Nike. The irons felt soft and I was able to get feedback. Since Nike VR Pros weren't at the store, it came down to Titleist and Mizuno vs. my Nike forged blade. The Mizuno felt like my Nike but on mis-hits the Mizuno won hands down. If you're ball striking is consistent and you want to make a change from cavity backs, try the MP-4's out. You won't be disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice feel! Best club ever!. Went from MP 64 to MP4 a month ago. Have played MP 69 and MP 59 before. All with the same shaft, KBS Tour stiff, and spec. At first I had in mind to make a combo set with MP 64 and my new MP4 with irion 3 and 4 from the old 64 set but after playing and practising for a mounh all the old 64 including 3 and 4 left my bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got fitted for MP 4's and got them with KBS C-taper shafts. Best irons I've ever owned and also best feeling shafts I've ever played. Fantastic ball flight and fantastic control. Im a 5 hdcp and don't consider them too difficult to hit. Definitely worth going to a good fitter to see if you can play these.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two thumbs up! I played the MP-H4 for a couple of years and is very pleased with the set, both in terms of distance and feel. The gorgeous looking MP-4 has always caught my eye. I have read many reviews on it, all carrying similar conclusions - hit one pure and you are sold! And this was exactly what happened! Since then, I have spent weeks on the range getting accustomed to the set. I'm finding it actually improves my swing and ball striking. All shots made with the same iron are within a yard or two. Yes, the consistency is that good! I'm both speechless and happy! Lately, I'm finding myself "addicted" to hitting the MP-4 as it is giving me so much pleasure on pure strikes. On the other hand, slight mis-hits are being "reminded" through instant feedback. Today, I played my first round with it. I must say I was totally blown away! I will say this... The MP-4 is "as advertised" plus a whole lot more! This set will stay in my bag for many years to come! It's a sheer beauty to look at, and true pleasure to hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great MP set Started with the MP14 and have played most of the MP irons since and these MP4 irons are without question the best irons to date. Love the classic look and the way the ball comes off the club is amazing. Mizuno really out done themselves with these clubs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best feeling club you've produced I've played nothing but Mizuno irons for well over 15 years. I have used probably 10 sets but probably more really. Except for the T Zoid, and T Zoid plus2's only clubs in my bag (irons anyway) are and have been Mizuno MP's!!!! 11,14,32,33,60,67,68,64,& now 4's with such a quality product line and the time needed to practice I was able to get my handicap to a 1 and was no higher than 3.3 for a 6 yr period. Due to problems outside of golf I wasn't able to focus and my practice became dormant. I'm working hard to try and get to that level again, but if I never reach that point or even pass it and become better than then I have Mizuno golf equipment to thank! Such feel you know exactly where you make contact each and every shot. If you don't become a better ball stricker playing this product then you aren't trying to improve. I enjoy this game so much and can't begin to explain why such a difficult and mentally challenging game, can make you so mad one shot, and the very next give you such a high! I would suggest anyone who wants to play better golf play Mizuno irons!
