We can ship almost anywhere in the world. Orders received
before 3 pm EST will be shipped that same business day,
and we'll always try our best to get orders out that arrive
after the 3 pm deadline. (Don't worry, it just means that
F.G. and Newt will be late for their afternoon tee time.)
Please note:
All shipping costs are determined by an order's actual weight
and are automatically calculated during the checkout process.
All orders are insured for their full value.
Continental United States:
Within the continental U.S., our default shipping service
is UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground (3 to 7 business days).
If you wanna try your club(s) out faster, we also offer UPS
Next Day Air (guaranteed to arrive by 10:30am in most areas),
UPS Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed to arrive by end of the
day in most areas), UPS 2-Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Air. Check-out
these options at the checkout as well.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and all U.S. Protectorates:
Residents of Hawaii and Alaska have the opportunity to
choose between US Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) and
UPS Air services. Customers with an APO/FPO address or residing
in a U.S. Protectorate may choose between US Postal Service
Priority Mail and UPS Worldwide Air Services contingent on
service availability. Please note that if you select UPS Worldwide,
your shipment will be considered international and will be
subject to any duties and customs that may apply.

For the majority of our international customers, we ship primarily
via UPS Worldwide. This method typically requires 2-5 business
days to arrive to you depending on the service that you select.
Our Canadian customers may choose between UPS Worldwide
and US Postal (USPS) Air Parcel Post Insured. USPS is very
cost effective (aka "cheap") but typically requires anywhere
from 1-4 weeks (see below for details) to arrive to you. USPS
packages take 4-7 business days to arrive to your country's
point of entry. At this point, the package is held at customs
and inspected. After passing inspection, the package is released
to your country's respective national mailing service. Historically,
we have found the total time for delivery to vary, with some
packages arriving within 1 week and others within 1 month.
It is also important to note that USPS international shipments
are not currently trackable.
Ok, here's some more legal mumbo jumbo...International customers
may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied
once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from 3balls.com
includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne
by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. We also mark all of our
packages as merchandise (not gifts) to fall in line with customs
practices. Customs policies vary widely from country to country
so please contact your local customs
office if you desire for further information.

How do you pay us?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
and American Express. We also accept good ole money orders and
cashier's checks.
Please note: We don't accept personal checks nor
do we ship orders via COD.
5% sales tax will be automatically added for all Massachusetts
(MA) residents.
All orders must be paid in United States Dollars (USD$) only.
Credit Card Payments If you didn't catch it above, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept
check cards or ATM cards, as long as they're connected with
one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can
definitely feel safe shopping with 3balls.com. We use all of
that industry standard Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) stuff
to encrypt your personal and credit card information during
the order checkout process so that it can't be read as the information
travels over the Internet. Pretty cool, huh?
Sorry, here's some more legal mumbo jumbo... Under federal law (Fair
Credit Billing Act), your maximum liability for an unauthorized
use of your credit card is limited to $50, provided you promptly
notify your credit card provider pursuant to its reporting rules
and procedures. If your bank does hold you liable for any of
this $50, 3balls.com will cover the entire liability for you,
up to the full $50. 3balls.com will cover this liability only
if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through
no fault of your own from purchases made at 3balls.com. In the
event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify
your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules
and procedures.
Money Orders or Cashier's Checks Yes we gladly accept
checks, however, we don't accept personal checks. Please be
sure to write your order number on your money order or cashier's
check and make it payable to 3balls.com.

Customers choosing this payment method will receive confirmation
of their order when they complete a purchase, but their order
will not ship until payment is received. As soon as we receive
your payment, we'll e-mail you, and we'll ship your order out
the same day! Easy, huh?!

We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything
possible to assure that you're satisfied. We also happen to
be an authorized factory warranty fulfillment center for all
of the brands that we represent. Should your club be damaged
through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement
or repair for you. We do take great care in describing the condition
of our products accurately. If you receive your club(s) and
feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation,
please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and
we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just
pay to ship the item(s) back*, and we'll fully refund your original
purchase price. It's that simple!
Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition
and then used (even once) are not returnable.
*Please Note: All returns require a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact
us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning
an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this
RMA # on the box containing your return and then ship it back
to us.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging
and must be in the same condition that they were received. All
returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If you received free shipping on your order, our customary shipping charge for the service originally selected will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage,
and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped
internationally. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the
purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as
well, sorry! We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that
you return to us, just to be safe.
Magazine Subscription Information:
Golf Digest magazine is published 12 times a year. You will receive your first issue in 4-6 weeks. If you have already received a subscription to Golf Digest from this promotion, you will receive a six-month, 22 issue subscription to Golf World. One subscription per title, per year please. accurately, (in fact, we're almost obsessed with it). We want
you to know exactly know what you're buying. We're pretty tough
about grading too, in fact we've come up with an entire grading
system for standardizing condition grading so there's no
room for misunderstanding. If you ever feel an item you've received
