Order Processing
We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day except for those shipping via the US Postal Service. US Postal shipments are dropped off at the Post Office the next business morning.

We insure your purchase for its full value and all insurance costs are included in our quoted shipping rate.

Tracking your Package
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This e-mail will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time so USPS shipments will not be trackable.

Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit. For example:

• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday
• A FedEx 2 Day package shipped on Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday

If you are considering an upgraded service or are just unsure about how long your package will take to arrive, please contact us so that we may assist you to choose the appropriate method.

Customer Pickups
You are welcome to pickup your order at our West Bridgewater facility Monday through Friday between the hours of 12pm and 5pm EST. If you complete payment for your order by 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the same day. For orders where payment is completed after 2pm EST (M-F), you may pick up your order the next business day. We are not a retail facility; so orders being picked up MUST be paid for in advance. Massachusetts sales tax of 5.0% will also be applied to all pickups. Please contact us in advance to arrange for a pickup so that we may have your order pulled and waiting for you.

Continental United States
FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method within the Continental US. FedEx Ground requires 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and is fully trackable in route. We cannot ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.

For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Priority Mail for shipments within the Continental US. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the ability to track shipments, US Postal Service Priority Mail is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate tables.

For those of you in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options including FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and 2 Day. Prices for these expedited services are quoted in our checkout system for you to consider.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We also offer FedEx Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and 2 Day services, if available to your zip code. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5-14 days to arrive to you and is not trackable. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments and is included in your charge.

APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks and delivery confirmation is not currently available.

FedEx International Priority

FedEx International Priority is our standard shipping method to all points outside of the United States. FedEx International Priority is, generally, delivered in just 2-5 business days after leaving our facility. FedEx International Priority is fully insured and is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep.

Brokerage Fees
FedEx International Priority is a brokerage paid service. This means that our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. While you will be responsible for customs duties, taxes any additional import fees upon delivery, you will not be subject to third party brokerage charges.

US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post
For specific small, low value items such as socks, gloves, headcovers, etc. we do offer US Postal Service Letter/Parcel Post for international shipments. Due to unpredictable delivery times and the ability to track shipments, US Postal Service Air Letter/Parcel Post is not available for any of our items for which it is not specifically indicated in our shipping rate tables.

Please note that USPS Air Letter Post is a very reliable service but it is slow. In our experience, 2-3 weeks is the average transit time for USPS but packages regularly take anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks to arrive after leaving our facility. USPS shipments are fully insured but they are not trackable at this time.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Depending on your country’s laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from 3balls includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through our secure checkout system.

If you didn't catch it above, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept check cards or ATM cards, as long as they're connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can definitely feel safe shopping with 3balls.com. Sorry, here's some more legal mumbo jumbo... Under federal law (Fair Credit Billing Act), your maximum liability for an unauthorized use of your credit card is limited to $50, provided you promptly notify your credit card provider pursuant to its reporting rules and procedures. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, 3balls.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50. 3balls.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at 3balls.com. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated.

Please note that we require that you ship to your PayPal confirmed billing address and, accordingly, our checkout system will not permit you to enter and any address other than your confirmed billing address. If you need to ship to different address, you can pay directly through our checkout system using a credit card or you can contact us by e-mail or phone to make a special request for an exception.

Please be aware that PayPal/eBay Coupons cannot currently be redeemed through our checkout system. Money Orders, Certified and Personal Checks
We accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (written in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.) Please note that Personal Check orders may be held for up to 7 days after receiving your check for clearing purposes. Payment is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout.

If paying by check or money order please reference the order number provided to you at the completion of our checkout process. Also, be sure to include the shipping charges and, (if you are a Massachusetts resident) 5% sales tax.

Shipping Mishaps
We insure all of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the club you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of receipt), and we'll do our best to make you happy. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll fully refund your original purchase price.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in new or like new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. We are an authorized factory warranty fulfillment center for all of the brands that we represent. Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you.

Return Procedure
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by phone or email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe.

Free Shipping Charges
If you received free shipping on your order, our customary shipping charge for the service originally selected will be deducted from the amount of your refund. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. If a shipment is refused for any reason, the purchaser will be charged for the return shipping expenses as well, sorry! We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us, just to be safe.

Sorry but the original shipping charge is non-refundable on returns.

We're pretty tough about grading too, in fact we've come up with an entire grading system for standardizing condition grading so there's no room for misunderstanding.
