What Does "ARP" Mean, Anyway?
"ARP" is an abbreviation for "Asset Recovery Product". This is a designation that TaylorMade uses to indicate that a club cannot be sold as "Brand New" in the retail market.
What Makes a Club "ARP"?
A club may be designated "ARP" if it was part of a cancelled custom order, or a retail account overstock, or even a club that had a slight cosmetic blemish from warehouse handling.
What About Condition?
ARP Products sold on 3balls that are rated "Used-Like New Condition" will be virtually indistinguishable from new and will show no sign of ever having been hit. Cosmetic blemishes, if present, will be minor (perhaps a small nick, fleck or smudge, but nothing that will affect play or performance). See our condition grading guide and condition description notes within each club's product description for more detail.
3balls fully warranties all ARP product that we sell, just like any other club.
Anything Else to Know?
ARP Products do not come with accessories (i.e. headcover, torque wrench tool).
